Abi Farrell

Born in Oxfordshire in 1994 and raised in Tiddington, Abi Farrell was raised on a female-driven musical intake ranging from Aretha Franklin to Eva Cassidy to Chaka Khan. At the age of 14, after joining a soul band at school and being gifted a keyboard by her father, Abi began creating songs, blending soulful vocals and carefully crafted melodies. Alongside her History degree at the University of Birmingham, Abi spent her evenings performing on the city's rich live circuit before moving to London in 2017 to focus on a career in music. Since then, Abi has performed on stages at London's prestigious Jazz Cafe and Camden Assembly, establishing a powerhouse band to bring her songs to life.

Today, she is an independent artist launching herself into central London shows, with a talented collective of musicians. Abi's debut single, a piano arrangement of her song 'Ivy', was released on August 10th 2018 and received radio airplay from BBC Introducing. Her debut EP 'The Only Way I Learn' will be released in Summer 2019
