Ramona Rose

Ramona Rose is a young Americana artist from Thame, currently based in Leeds. With nothing but a six string and a loop pedal, she delivers haunting vocals laced with a bluesy grit, telling real-life stories with a hint of Rock & Roll candour. Her haunting vocals and percussive loops make for a bold, compelling live performance. She has previously played live sessions for BBC Radio Leeds/Oxford and Sofar Sounds, and embarked on two successful UK tours. Her latest single 'Grand Canyon' was released in late November 2017, which so far has been featured on AXS, She Makes Music, Pure M Magazine, We Love That Sound, and received airplay from radio stations all around the world, including support from BBC Introducing in West Yorkshire.

Her next gig will be at the O2 Academy Sheffield Supporting Coco & The Butterfields. ‘A country twang accompanied by classic rock riffs and a soulful voice, Ramona Rose’s debut distinctly marks her character with ‘Grand Canyon’’ - The National Student‘
